Cash Flow

Definition

Cash flow represents the total amount of money moving into and out of a business or investment. In digital asset companies, this includes revenue from services, asset sales, and financing activities, minus operational expenses, capital investments, and debt repayments. Positive cash flow indicates an entity generates more cash than it consumes, which is vital for solvency and growth. Analyzing cash flow helps assess an organization’s liquidity and financial health, independent of non-cash accounting adjustments.
