Commercial Rights

Definition

Commercial Rights pertain to the legal authority to use an asset for business or profit-generating activities. These rights grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit a creation or property for commercial gain. In the digital asset sphere, commercial rights can be associated with non-fungible tokens, allowing the owner to use the underlying artwork or content for merchandising, advertising, or other revenue-generating purposes. The scope of these rights is typically defined within smart contracts or associated legal agreements.
