Ecosystem Rewards

Definition

Ecosystem Rewards are incentives provided to participants within a decentralized network or platform to encourage specific behaviors and contributions. These rewards can take the form of native tokens, transaction fee distributions, or other forms of value accrual. Their purpose is to bootstrap network effects, incentivize user engagement, and align the interests of various stakeholders with the growth and success of the ecosystem. They are fundamental to the economic design of many blockchain projects.
