Product Disclosure Statements

Definition

Product Disclosure Statements, often abbreviated as PDS, are legal documents that furnish comprehensive information about a financial product to prospective investors. These statements detail the product’s characteristics, advantages, risks, fees, and the issuer’s identity. Their purpose is to ensure transparency and facilitate informed investment decisions, particularly in regulated financial markets. Issuers of certain digital asset products may be required to provide a PDS.
