Real-World Asset Management

Definition

Real-world asset management involves the oversight and administration of tangible and intangible assets existing outside of digital ledger systems. This includes managing properties, commodities, intellectual property, or traditional financial instruments. In the context of digital assets, it refers to the process of tokenizing these real-world assets, bringing their ownership or value onto a blockchain. This enables fractional ownership, increased liquidity, and transparent transfer mechanisms for assets previously confined to traditional legal and financial frameworks.
